Steps of Creation: 

Step 1. Take an artsy crafty wooden base.

Step 2.  Paint the base with white colour. (You can use chalk paint)

Step 3. Now stencil the base using Artsy Craftsy stencils .

Step 4. Distress using gold paint.

Step 5: Tie jute rope to the top of the base to hang it if desired.
