Steps of Creation: 
Step 1. Take MDF plank, Paint the base board blue and black mixed , now create orbits with white paint using thin brush
Step 2. Paint embellishments as per your choice of colours, leave then to dry
Step 3. Splatter white paint using tooth brush to create  small specs of stars
Step 4. Stick the embellishments
Step 5. Once dried. Ready to hang
