Steps of Creation: 

Step 1. Take an Artsy Craftsy wooden base.

Step 2.  Paint the base using black colour.(Chalk paint can be used)

Step 3. Now stencil using Artsy Craftsy stencils .

Step 4: Tie jute rope to the top of the base to hang it.
